Privacy notice

We ask for the minimum needed to answer you. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

• Launchpad and AI guide: name, company, work email, phone (optional), language and your answers about your company or program.
• AI guide: the text of the conversation.
• Soft-landing checklist: work email.
• Client login: the email you sign in with.
• Technical data: the campaign you arrived from (UTM parameters), if any, and your IP address, used only at that moment to limit abuse and check that you are a person. We do not store your IP; we store a derived value that cannot be turned back into it.

On this site we will never ask for your RFC password (CIEC), passwords of any kind, bank or card details, or identity documents. If someone asks for them in our name, do not share them and write to us.

Purposes needed to do what you ask:

• Answer your request and recommend a route.
• Schedule and prepare a call with you.
• Send you the document you asked for.
• Give you access to the client portal.
• Protect the site from abuse and keep a record of your consent.

With your consent, we may write to you later with information about our services and products. This purpose is not needed to serve you. You can refuse or withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@argonaut-ai.com, without affecting your request.

The Launchpad guide is an AI system and the page says so before you type. It recommends one of our offers and writes a brief. A person on our team reviews every brief before the call; no decision that affects you is made by automated means alone. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

The guide does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Do not type sensitive data into it.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. We use providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Google Cloud and Firebase: site hosting, database, sign-in and the guide’s AI model. Data is stored in the United States.
• Microsoft 365: the emails we send you and that our team receives.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checking that a person is submitting the form.

• Requests and contact details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you are a client or the law requires longer.
• Guide conversations: 90 days; then they are deleted automatically.
• Abuse-limiting counters: 2 days.

You can access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its processing, and also withdraw your consent or limit its use or disclosure. Exercising these rights is free.

Write to hello@argonaut-ai.com with: your name, the email you contacted us from, the right you want to exercise and the data it concerns. We verify your identity by replying to the email on record; if that is not enough, we will ask for what the law allows to prove it.

We will answer within 20 business days. If your request is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days.

If you believe we did not handle your request, you can go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority on this matter in México.

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Your browser stores: your light or dark theme preference, a draft of the form while you fill it in, and the campaign you arrived from. The draft and the campaign are cleared when you close the tab. Cloudflare’s check may use its own cookies to work.

This site is aimed at companies and institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from minors here.

We will publish any change on this page, with its date. We store the version of the notice you accepted with your request.
