Forward deployed engineering
We don't hand over a report. We sit with your team, build on your systems and stay until it runs in production.
In your environment
On your data, your systems and with your people, not in a separate lab.
Code in production
The result is something your operation uses, not a demo.
What repeats becomes product
That is how Binder and Bandeja started: from work done inside a real operation.

Who you work with
We speak as a firm, so there are no portraits here. There are roles, what each one answers for, and the stages they are with you.

Two real examples: the music academy was one deployed engineer for 3 months; the insurance broker, three engineers for 6 months.
Where we have worked this way
- Insurance
- Banking
- Retail
- Telemarketing
- Construction
- Music education
Two projects, start to finish
Music academy · Mexico City
Introductory classes became guided practice. Teachers moved to the advanced levels.
20 h → 5 hof teacher-led introductory classes
2 branches · 200+ students · running since January 2026
- Basic and introductory classes took up the teachers the academy wanted on intermediate and advanced levels.
- Short music-theory lessons in the academy’s own method, as video, reading, text and images. The teacher sets the exercise, the student sends a video, AI gives first feedback, and the teacher validates it and assigns what comes next. A mobile app shows progress through levels.
- One engineer deployed inside the academy for 3 months.
- Teacher-led introductory classes went from 20 hours to 5, with no drop in workload: that time moved to intermediate and advanced classes and jam sessions. Attendance in the rainy months rose 20% and retention went from 60% to 80%.
Multinational insurance broker
Request cover from a phone, and an engine that finds who underwrites it.
3 weeks → 2 daysprocessing time per request
3 engineers · 6 months · in production since June 2021
- In México many people insure their car and nothing else. The broker wanted to reach the home and micro-insurance: trips, belongings, equipment.
- A mobile app to request cover and an engine that identifies the underwriter and the conditions for each request, connected to their policy, finance and CRM systems.
- Three engineers deployed inside their operation for 6 months.
- Processing time fell from 3 weeks to 2 days, and policies per customer went from 1 to 3. The broker measures it with conversion and renewal funnels.
Clients are described by type. Figures are as each client reports them.
Risk and company qualification
AI proposes. The analyst confirms.
A platform to assess a company’s risk and qualify it for different purposes: credit and funding, evaluation as a supplier, credentials, business maturity and learning opportunities, and grants.

The work queue: every file, its stage and what is holding it
Fields extracted by AI stay as proposals until a person confirms them
The company’s financial history, with its consent, as input for the analyst
Customers and collections rebuilt from invoices, with alerts per customer
Final product design. Fictitious companies; the names of the platform, the client and people are blurred.
