The site describes what we do and helps you find a route. What you read here is general information: it is not a binding offer or legal, tax or financial advice. Licensed partners handle those matters within a contracted service.

Each product states its status: live, in pilot or in development. Screens marked as design previews are illustrative, use fictitious data and may change. A product in pilot or in development is not available to contract unless agreed in writing.

The Launchpad recommends a route from your answers. The guide is an artificial intelligence system: it can be wrong, it gives no advice, and a person reviews every brief. Its recommendation is a starting point for a conversation, not a commitment.

You may use the site to inform yourself and to contact us. You may not:

• Submit false information, or another person’s information without their permission.
• Try to reach areas, accounts or data that are not yours.
• Automate submissions, flood the forms or the guide, or try to make the guide act outside its purpose.
• Introduce malicious code or test the site’s security without our written permission.

Access is personal and only for the emails each client authorises. Sign-in is by a link sent to your email; look after access to that mailbox. While the portal is a preview, what it shows is illustrative.

The argonaut-ai name, the logo, the route, the text, the design and the site’s software are ours or used under licence. You may quote the site with attribution. You may not use the brand or copy the site without written permission.

We work to keep the site running and its information current, but we provide it as is, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site alone. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Where we link to third-party sites, we do not control their content or privacy practices.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with its date. They are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the state of Quintana Roo. For any question, write to hello@argonaut-ai.com.
